I used the smuge tool for the background and effects for the text. I made the text pop out of the background so it wasent dull and used the school colors for the background.
It will appeal to the class by it being simple but still having a twist. With the background having school colors and respectfull text makes it a cool planner cover for Roosevelt high school.
